Join us for Across the Generations, an uplifting morning focused on women’s health, wellness, and education.

This special event will explore important con

versations surrounding women’s mental health, physical wellness, emotional wellbeing, and living a balanced and healthy life as a Jewish woman.

Featured sessions include:

• Is It Just Me, or Is It Hot in Here? The Real Story on Menopause: Dr. Amy Brode,  Menopause and Sexual Health Specialist
